Step 1: Go to the official Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) web-site: https://uidai.gov.in/
Step 2: Now Click on ‘Order Aadhaar Reprint ( pilot basis)’ option under “My Aadhaar” section on UIDAI Website.
Step 3: Now Fill Your ‘Aadhaar number‘, and “Check the Box” If you do not have a registered mobile number, Enter Your New Mobile Number and Request “OTP”, and Verify.
Step 4: After Verification, You have to pay ₹50 to UIDAI online, click on “Make Payment” button and pay reprint charge.
Step 5: After payment you can “Download you Aadhaar Card online” and You Will also Receive Adhaar card to your Registered Address via Post/Currier.
Aadhar Card Download by Aadhaar Number
If you want Aadhar Card Download by Aadhaar Number, You can download and print e-Aadhaar card online, you need to follow these below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Visit the official Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) site: https://uidai.gov.in/
Step 2: Now Click on ‘Download Aadhaar’ option under “My Aadhaar” section on UIDAI
Step 3: Choose the “Aadhaar” option under “Enter your Personal Details” section on UIDAI
Step 4: Select Options as “Regular Aadhaar” and enter your 16 digit Aadhaar card number, full name and pin code of your address. Choose “Masked Aadhaar” option if you don’t want to show full 16 digit of your Aadhaar number on screen.
Step 5: Now Click “Request OTP” option to Receive the one time password on your registered mobile number
Step 6: Click on “I Agree” to provide your personal details for authentication on UIDAI
Step 7: Now Click on “Confirm” option to send the OTP to your registered mobile number
Step 8: Enter the OTP received on your mobile number by UIDAI
Step 9: Complete the UIDAI survey and click on “Download Aadhaar” to download the Aadhaar card online.

Download Aadhaar Card by Virtual ID (VID)
Step 1: Go to UIDAI’s online website
Step 2: Click on the option “Download Aadhaar”
Step 3: Choose the VID option from (Uidai website) the “I Have” section
Step 4: Fill your virtual ID, full name, pin code and security code
Step 5: Now click “Send OTP” to get OTP on your Mobile Number
Step 6: you can also use the TOTP feature to authenticate your request

How to Download Masked Aadhaar Card
Masked Aadhaar card is also same as regular Aadhaar card. The difference between this is that your Aadhaar number is partially hidden and only last 4 digits of your Aadhaar number are shown. Step 1: Click on the link https://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ to go to UIDAI website
Step 2: Choose Aadhaar, VID or Enrolment Number in the “Enter your personal details” section on UIDAI website
Step 3: Choose “Masked Aadhaar” in the “Select your preference” section and fill other details such as your Aadhaar number, full name, pin code and the security code
Step 4: Click on “Request OTP” to generate OTP to the mobile number which is registered with UIDAI
Step 5: Now Click on “I Agree” to give consent to UIDAI for authentication by using your personal details
Step 6: Click on “Confirm” to generate OTP to your mobile number
Step 7: Fil the OTP and click on “Download Aadhaar” to download the masked Aadhaar card.
